Job summary

Sailing Logistics (HK) Co., Limited is seeking a sales-focused professional to expand its logistics and freight forwarding business in Hong Kong. You will identify and acquire new customers, leverage existing networks, and cultivate channel partnerships to grow revenue and shipment volume.

You will coordinate with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed shipments, while monitoring market trends and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or a related industry.
• Established customer resources in Hong Kong’s logistics or freight forwarding market preferred.
• Existing industry connections with freight forwarders or logistics service providers.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, pricing, quotations and account management.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, communication and CRM capabilities.
• English and Chinese proficiency; Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand logistics and freight forwarding business in Hong Kong.
• Identify, approach and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Leverage networks to generate qualified leads, shipment volume and recurring business.
• Develop cooperation with freight forwarders, overseas agents and channel partners.
• Identify logistics channels to support competitive pricing and reliable service.
• Coordinate with operations to meet customers' shipping requirements with suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and convert enquiries into shipments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Achieve sales, shipment-volume and gross-profit targets; report progress regularly.
