Job summary

Yonyou- is seeking an experienced HR leader to translate the Group's globalization strategy into the Hong Kong HR plan. You will lead recruitment, build a local talent pipeline, optimize organization design, and design capability programs that align with business growth.

You will ensure HK laws and regulations are followed, manage employment risks, and drive HR digitalization and cross-cultural leadership across sales, delivery, and service functions in Wan Chai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 8–10 years HR experience
• 2+ years HR leadership covering Hong Kong
• Tech/software/internet industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HK labour law and compliance
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination

Responsibilities

• Translate the Group's globalization strategy into the Hong Kong HR plan, aligning with business growth
• Lead recruitment of key talent and build a local talent pipeline
• Design high-potential talent identification, development, and succession plans for critical roles
• Optimize Hong Kong organizational structure and job architecture
• Design HR systems including performance and incentive schemes balanced with local needs
• Lead capability development programs for management and staff to enhance cross-cultural leadership
• Foster integration of Group culture with local culture and manage employment risks
• Oversee HR policy compliance with Hong Kong laws and regulations
• Drive HR digitalization in Hong Kong to improve efficiency and employee experience
