Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Services & Office Administration Associate to join our team. You will handle institutional client inquiries and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Custody and IT to resolve queries.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client servicing or trade operations in banking or fund services, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and comfortable communicating with institutional clients across HK and regional markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of client servicing or trade operations experience in banking or fund services.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to communicate with institutional clients.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Operations, Custody and IT teams.
• Able to support office administration and office operations in a HK-based team.

Responsibilities

• Handle institutional client inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, Custody and IT to address client requests.
• Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks to ensure HK office efficiency.
