Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a university graduate to join the Institutional Business Department and provide operations and administrative support. The role involves liaising with internal parties, assisting relationship managers with document preparation, statistics and periodic reports, and handling inquiries related to banking facilities and services for Financial Institution clients.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

University graduate.
3 years or above relevant working experience.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing skills is a must.
Working experience in operation or administration support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Liaise closely with related internal parties.
Assist relationship managers for preparing documents, statistics and periodic reports.
Handle enquiry relating to banking facilities and services for Financial Institution clients.
Assist in preparing management presentation materials and reports.
