Job summary

RGH-Global Limited in Hong Kong invites a Project Coordinator to support delivery of high-voltage and power systems projects. You will work with Project Managers, Systems Engineers, and site technicians to coordinate activities, track schedules, and ensure conformance to contract specifications.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget control, document management, and HSEQ compliance, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems for cost control, purchasing, and expediting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination in M&E/high-voltage sectors.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, substations) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project and ERP/MRP for cost control, purchasing, expediting.
• Strong contract reading, variation management, and budgeting.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Contract Admin: define scope, schedules, monitor milestones, manage variations and EOT.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: main contact for clients and contractors; document meetings and workshops.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain minutes, action logs, variation requests, safety sign-offs; monthly reports.
• Process & HSEQ Compliance: uphold HSEQ standards; support ERP/MRP driven process improvements.
