Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering industry experience in MEP, power and fuel systems, or building automation.
• Strong grasp of market dynamics and service operations.
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and well organized.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales to define needs, evaluate suppliers, tendering, contracts, installation, and performance assessment.
• Oversee generator maintenance contracts including manpower planning and maintenance scheduling.
• Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients to ensure service enhancement.
• Develop service products and maintenance packages to drive revenue growth.
• Evaluate market trends to identify potential efficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Manage full-cycle project from pre-sales to installation to T&C while ensuring compliance with global guidelines.
