Alpha Access Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage daily hedge fund operations in Hong Kong. You will handle trade bookings, settlements, NAV and P&L production, coordinating with the portfolio manager to resolve trading issues and ensure accurate settlements.

You will also oversee vendor onboarding, review contracts, and prepare KYC documents, while liaising with internal teams (Investment, Risk, Finance, Compliance) and external partners to maintain smooth daily

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily hedge fund operations, including trade bookings, settlements, daily and monthly reconciliations, NAV and P&L production.
• Work directly with our portfolio manager to resolve trading issues and ensure proper settlement of trades.
• Ensure the daily operations workflows are implemented and executed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate the external vendor onboarding, including negotiating terms, reviewing contracts, preparing KYC documents, etc.
• Liaise with both internal (i.e. Investment, Risk, Finance, Compliance) and external partners (i.e. Service Providers) to ensure the smoothness of daily operations.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time.
