GratiCore in Hong Kong invites an experienced Hedge Fund Finance & Administration Manager to lead finance, operations, and regulatory coordination for our multi-strategy platform. You will manage accounting, budgeting, NAV reviews, and relationships with administrators, auditors, banks, and prime brokers.

Support SFC filings for Type 4 and Type 9 licensed entities; maintain governance records; coordinate with compliance on regulatory matters.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of hedge fund or asset management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations, accounting, and financial controls.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and SFC licenses.
• Experience supporting SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licensed entities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification preferred.

Hedge Fund Finance & Administration Manager

You will be a crucial member of a growing multi-strategy macro hedge fund's Hong Kong office, taking ownership of all finance, operations, regulatory coordination, and administrative functions. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business and supporting the firm's continued growth across the region

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all finance, accounting, budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting activities.

Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, banks, prime brokers, and other service providers.

Review NAV packages, reconciliations, fund expenses, and operational controls.

Support SFC regulatory filings and ongoing obligations for the firm's Type 4 and Type 9 licensed entity.

Maintain corporate records, statutory filings, and governance documentation.

Coordinate with external compliance consultants on regulatory and compliance matters.

Oversee payroll, HR administration, vendor management, office operations, and employee onboarding.

Manage office administration, facilities, insurance, contracts, and general business support functions.

Prepare management reports and support senior management on business planning and operational matters.

Act as the primary point of contact for all finance, operations, and administrative matters in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience within hedge funds, asset management firms, family offices, private equity, or alternative investment platforms.

Strong understanding of fund operations, accounting, and financial controls.

Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and SFC-licensed entities.

Experience supporting SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licensed corporations is highly advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a lean environment.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
