Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in fund operations, administration, audit, or investment operations.
• CPA or equivalent designation is a strong plus; practical know-how valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV calculations and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare investor reporting and performance summaries.
• Oversee IFRS or US GAAP financial statements and audits.
• Execute capital calls, distributions, and carried interest tracking.
• Manage cash positions, liquidity, and AML-compliant payments.
• Oversee SPV lifecycles and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support fund launches and closing processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and investors.
