Job summary

LGT Crestone Wealth Management Limited, based in Hong Kong, is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Rewards leader to manage the annual remuneration review cycle and long-term incentive programs within an international, regulated environment.

The role also drives benefits programs, governance documentation, and regulatory reporting, requiring strong English and Chinese communication and a proven track record in financial services remuneration governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, remuneration, HR governance, HR analytics or a related HR function.
• Experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of HKMA CG-5 remuneration governance requirements, Hong Kong employment legislation and relevant regulatory expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end annual remuneration review cycle and long-term deferred compensation arrangements.
• Review and enhance employee benefits and wellness programmes for cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.
• Prepare remuneration analyses, reports and regulatory materials for management and NRC.
• Perform market benchmarking to keep compensation packages competitive.
• Participate in job architecture projects and compensation grade initiatives.
• Ensure remuneration practices comply with HKMA CG-5 and regulatory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, HR analytics and dashboard reporting on workforce metrics.
