Job summary

WeLab Bank, a leading fintech platform in Hong Kong, seeks a Wealth Lending Product Manager to define the product vision and drive the roadmap for wealth lending offerings. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to translate strategy into customer‑facing digital journeys.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Credit Risk and Operations to embed credit limits and policies, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering value for high‑net-worth and retail clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of wealth lending product experience.
Familiarity with HK regulatory requirements related to wealth lending.
Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and prioritized roadmap for wealth lending products aligned with the bank’s wealth strategy.
Lead requirements gathering, credit policy inputs, pricing models, digital journeys, and system integrations from concept to launch.
Monitor product performance, such as utilization rate and margin income, and prepare reports for senior management.
Work closely with Credit Risk and Operations to embed credit limits, collateral management, margin calls, monitoring, and remediation processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Provide ad hoc support as assigned.
