Job summary

WeLab in Hong Kong is seeking a data-driven Lending Product/Analytics professional to support the development of lending initiatives, pricing optimization, and policy changes. You will work closely with product, risk, BI, technology, and operations to ensure successful delivery and impact.

You will monitor portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop dashboards that inform decisions, while exploring AI and automation to boost performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, analytics, product or project management.
• Experience in personal lending, digital banking or financial services preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of lending product initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive growth opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs with stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
