Job summary

Links International is seeking an experienced ECM professional to oversee the syndication, execution and origination of equity capital market transactions in Hong Kong. You will lead deal teams, shape transaction strategies and ensure smooth execution from due diligence to closing.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in ECM, a proven track record in complex deals, strong leadership, and multilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua to liaise with Chinese counterparties and

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Economics/Finance or related discipline(s).
• 15-20 years of experience in ECM or related financial markets roles, proven track record in executing complex transactions.
• China market experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the syndication, execution and origination of equity capital market transactions.
• Formulate and implement strategies plans for ECM deals.
• Arrange roadshow and marketing materials preparation, review and refine marketing and execution documentation.
• Perform transaction valuation and structuring, provide regulatory & financial advice.
• Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities.
• Ensure completion of due diligence and execution of relevant transactions.

Requirement

• Previous working experience with China market is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
