Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Equity Capital Markets professional to drive end-to-end execution of HK and cross-border IPOs, follow-ons, placements, rights issues, and pre-IPO rounds, within a premier investment banking environment in Hong Kong.

You will join a dynamic, highly respected Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team composed of experienced dealmakers and market specialists.
Transaction Execution: Drive and execute equity capital market transactions end-to-end, including HKEX/US IPOs, follow-on offerings, share placements, rights issues, and pre-IPO financing rounds.
Syndication & Bookbuilding: Coordinate investor targeting, roadshows, bookbuilding, pricing, allocation, and settlement processes, utilizing regulatory tools (such as FINI) and internal distribution channels.
Market Intelligence & Pitching: Prepare high-quality pitch books, teasers, investor presentations, and market intelligence updates to support origination and client coverage activities.
Structuring & Documentation: Perform market analysis, review offering documents, valuation models, and prospectus materials to ensure precise deal structuring.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Liaison: Serve as a primary touchpoint for internal cross-functional units (IBD, Sales & Trading, Compliance, Equity Research) as well as external professional parties and regulators.
Deal Risk & Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere strictly to internal risk controls, external regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Holder of SFC Type 1 and/or Type 6 representative licenses (or eligible for immediate licensing).
5 to 12 years of ECM or Corporate Finance/IBD execution experience within reputable investment banks or brokerage firms (title and responsibilities will be tailored based on candidate seniority, from Associate to VP level).
Proven track record in executing Hong Kong and/or cross-border equity transactions with a strong understanding of HKEX Listing Rules, regulatory practices, and settlement frameworks (e.g., FINI).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage).
Self-motivated team player with strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to deliver under tight timelines.
