Job summary

Links International is seeking an ECM Director to lead execution activities for Chinese leading securities and related equity transactions in Hong Kong. The role covers financial modelling, investor sourcing, roadshows, bookbuilding, pricing, allocation, and settlement coordination.

You will participate in IPO planning, due diligence, and syndicate duties, while providing analysis and pitches to support deal structuring in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, management, law, or accounting.
• 8 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets or related work preferred.
• Previous working experience with China market is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong stock market, IPO processes, and equity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ECM execution process such as financial modelling and analysis
• Conduct investor sourcing, roadshow arrangements, bookbuilding, pricing, allocation, and settlement coordination
• Assist in handling syndicate duties of HK equity and equity linked transactions, including IPOs, secondary placement, and syndication
• Prepare business plans and pitch books to support the team in deal's pitching and structuring
• Manage key execution processes, including investor sourcing, roadshow arrangements, bookbuilding, pricing, allocation, and settlement coordination
• Participate in the design of IPO plans and the preparation of application materials
• Conduct industry research and financial analysis on the production and operation of the company
• Manage the IPO/Placement placing order process, arrange and summarize all orders from different channels
• Conduct due diligence, documentation review, road show arrangement, and deal settlement
