Requirements:
Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a top-tier university, supported by an excellent academic track record.
Professional Background: 8+ years of core ECM (Equity Capital Markets) experience within top-tier investment banks or securities firms.
Network & Track Record: Strong, established relationships with corporate issuers and institutional investors across Asian markets.
Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong equity capital markets, listing rules, and relevant SFC regulatory frameworks.
Language Proficiency: Business fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with native-level/fluent Mandarin essential.
