Job summary

Links International is seeking an accomplished ECM leader in Hong Kong to oversee syndication, execution and origination of equity capital market transactions. The role requires formulating strategies for ECM deals and coordinating roadshows, marketing materials, and documentation for successful financings.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in ECM or related markets, with a proven track record in complex transactions and strong leadership to manage client relationships, including experience

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Economics/Finance or related discipline.
• 15–20 years of ECM or related financial markets experience with track record in executing complex transactions.
• China market experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the syndication, execution and origination of equity capital market transactions
• Formulate and implement strategies plans for ECM deals
• Arrange roadshow, marketing materials preparation, review and refine marketing and execution documentation
• Perform transaction valuation and structuring, provide regulatory & financial advices
• Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities in connection with the respective implementation of projects
• Ensure the completion of necessary due diligence and execution of relevant transactions
