Job summary

Links International is seeking an ECM professional with 3–5 years in equity capital markets to support IPOs and equity offerings. The role involves financial modeling, deal pitching, and design of IPO plans, with responsibilities spanning due diligence, road shows, and order management.

Prior China market exposure and professional qualifications are a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and verbal abilities, team leadership, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate cross-channel

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Equity Capital Market or related area.
• Background in economics, finance, management, law or accounting.
• Previous China market experience is highly preferred.
• CPA or lawyer qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute ECM processes including financial modeling and analysis.
• Prepare business plans and pitch books for deal pitches and structuring.
• Contribute to IPO plan design and materials preparation.
• Conduct industry research and analyze company operations.
• Manage IPO/Placement order flow; consolidate orders from multiple channels.
• Perform due diligence, document review, road show coordination, and deal settlement.

Job description

• Responsible for ECM execution process such as financial modeling and analysis
• Prepare business plans and pitch books to support the team in deal's pitching and structuring
• Participate in the design of IPO plans and the preparation of application materials
• Conduct industry research and financial analysis on the production and operation of the company
• Manage the IPO/Placement placing order process, arrange and summarize all orders from different channels
• Conduct due diligence, documentation review, road show arrangement and deal settlement

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, with a background in economics, finance, management, law, accounting, etc.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Equity Capital Market area or related work are preferred
• Previous working experience with China market is highly preferred
• CPA or lawyer qualification is preferred
• Excellent writing and verbal skills; strong team management and interpersonal communication skills; sense of responsibility and strong teamwork awareness
• Good business experience in various investment banking businesses, open-minded, good market sensitivity, and strong learning ability
