Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a senior Platform Excellence leader to define and drive onboarding, discovery, and regulatory UX across consumer digital journeys. You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure compliant, seamless experiences and strong governance.

You will oversee incident responses, vendor governance, and continuous improvement while growing a high-performing team dedicated to customer-centric, risk-aware delivery in the HKMO market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, platform operations, or digital onboarding.
• Deep knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory environment and customer due diligence standards.
• Experience working across legal, compliance, product, tech, and design functions.
• Strong familiarity with digital rewards, gamification, feature discovery, and channel adoption strategies.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital journeys and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
• Embed risk controls, audit trails, and governance into onboarding and servicing workflows.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams for inspections and product launches.
• Lead or support incident reviews and regulatory responses.
• Monitor and improve onboarding funnel metrics and platform engagement.
• Implement feedback loops, testing protocols, and continuous improvement across experiences.
• Ensure SLAs, vendor governance, and platform availability.
• Act as the voice of onboarding, discovery, and regulatory UX in design forums.
• Collaborate with Group Digital, Product, Engineering, UX, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Operations.
• Lead a cross-functional team and foster customer-centric, compliance-first culture.
