Job summary

Ambition invites a Head of AI Solutions to steer the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI initiatives that transform the organization. You will define the AI strategy, lead end-to-end solution delivery, and collaborate across business, IT, and data teams to drive measurable impact.

You will build and mentor an AI team, ensure governance and compliance, and establish KPIs to quantify success while navigating multilingual stakeholders in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, DS, AI/ML or related field.
• 10+ years of technology leadership with at least 5 years delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Proven track record delivering AI solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of ML, NLP, CV, and generative AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
