Job summary

Ambition is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join a Hong Kong–based investment and operating group. You will combine hands-on AI engineering with strong stakeholder management to deliver practical AI solutions that support executive decision-making.

You will build AI-powered applications, deploy agentic AI solutions, and develop production-grade products while working with C-suite stakeholders to translate complex challenges into scalable tech.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Data or Software/Solution Engineering.
• Strong experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases and AI app development.
• Experience building APIs, backend services and data pipelines.
• Cloud expertise across AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience deploying and operating solutions in production environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and business leaders.
• Track record of delivering tangible business outcomes rather than purely research-focused projects.
