Job summary

Lilou Bakery Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced bakery supervisor to oversee daily production of breads and pastries. You will manage, train and schedule BOH bakery team, ensure quality and freshness, and monitor inventory, wastage and food costs to maintain high standards.

You should have 5–8 years in bakery, including 2+ years in a supervisory or head baker role, plus strong European baking skills (sourdough, viennoiserie, laminated doughs) and solid knowledge of HACCP and food
