Job summary

Frenchies, a French bakery with several locations in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Head Baker to oversee production across our network: shops and our central kitchen (Food Factory).

The Head Baker will lead the central kitchen production, ensure consistent product quality, supervise and train teams across sites, and manage schedules based on outlet demand while contributing to recipe optimization and strict hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in French bakery/pastry, ideally with multi-site management.
• Strong leadership and training ability.
• Rigor, organization, and quality-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production at the central kitchen.
• Supervise and train baking/pastry teams, both at the central kitchen and in shops.
• Manage production schedules based on demand from each outlet.
• Contribute to recipe and process development/optimization.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are upheld.
• Work with management on cost control and inventory management.
