Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCM/HRMS software experience.
• Hands-on experience operating, demonstrating, and configuring HCM/HRMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of local HR regulations and labor laws.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present technical architectures and product value to clients.
• Lead discovery sessions with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Demonstrate PoCs using hands-on system navigation.
• Collaborate with Product Management and post-sale teams.
