Job summary

BIPO is seeking a highly skilled Presales Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role drives client engagements and ensures delivery of world-class HCM and Global Payroll solutions across the region.

You will lead solution architecture for multi-country projects, craft tailored solutions, and present demos/PoCs while collaborating with Sales, Product and Implementation. You will support pre-sales discovery sessions, respond to global RFPs/RFIs, and guide handovers to delivery teams,

Qualifications

Experience in HRMS/HCM and Global Payroll domain with strong functional and compliance knowledge.
3–5 years total experience, including 2–3 years in solutions or pre-sales within HCM or multi-country payroll systems.
Capable of discovery sessions, crafting solutions, configuring demos, and presenting to clients.
Hands-on experience in solution architecture and integrations with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for multi-country/global enterprise projects and act as SME for China and global markets.
Lead pre-sales strategy and engage with clients during discovery sessions.
Prepare, configure, and present demos, walkthroughs, and PoCs.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation to tailor solutions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project implementation with guidance on HCM and Payroll solutions.
