Job summary

Oracle in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Consultant to assist clients with implementing Oracle enterprise applications, especially HCM solutions, across SaaS and on-premises environments.

You will gather requirements, document as-is and to-be processes, and collaborate with implementation teams and partners to ensure successful deployments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of application/SaaS implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in customer-facing consultant roles.
• Ability to guide customers using leading practices.
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to gather and document business requirements.
• Influence customers to modify current business practices as needed.
• Manage scope and expectations with customers.
• Work with customers to implement and configure HCM solutions to support business requirements.
• Establish credibility with stakeholders and collaborate across project teams.
• Work with project teams on and off customer sites.
• Analyze and design solutions for business requirements with possible complex configurations.
• Define detailed functional requirements.
• Work with technical teams to design, develop and test automations and integrations.
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure on time, on budget delivery.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Aim for billable utilization targets and continue product knowledge growth.
• Pursue relevant certifications.
