Job summary

Hang Seng Bank Limited invites graduates to join the Management Trainee (MT) Programme in Retail Banking and Wealth. The two-year fast-track is designed to accelerate development through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and world-class learning that builds essential skills.

Qualifications

Management Trainee (MT) Programme (24 months)

You’ll build a strong understanding of Hang Seng’s purpose, values and strategy — how we make decisions, serve customers, and deliver sustainable growth. Through bank-wide projects and hands-on experience, you’ll strengthen your commercial and leadership mindset while working on key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation, and opportunities linked to Hong Kong–Mainland connectivity and development.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, you must:

Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards

Have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 Degree classification or higher or overseas equivalent to this

Will have completed studies by July 2027

Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years’ full-time work experience, or be due to graduate by July 2027

Be fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage

Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong
