• Have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 Degree classification or overseas equivalent to this.
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years’ full-time work experience, or be due to graduate by July 2027.
• Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.

Management Trainee (MT) Programme (24 months)

Through bank‑wide projects and hands‑on experience, you’ll strengthen your commercial and leadership mindset while working on key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation, and opportunities linked to Hong Kong–Mainland connectivity and development.
