Job summary

Hang Seng Bank Limited invites high-potential graduates to join its Management Trainee Programme in Retail Banking and Wealth. The 24-month fast-track journey offers hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and structured learning to accelerate leadership development.

You'll work on strategic priorities, including AI and digital innovation, while building a deep understanding of customer needs and sustainable growth in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 Degree classification or higher or overseas equivalent to this.
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years' full-time work experience, or be due to graduate by July 2027.
• Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.

Management Trainee (MT) Programme (24 months)

Through bank-wide projects and hands-on experience, you'll strengthen your commercial and leadership mindset while working on key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation, and opportunities linked to Hong Kong-Mainland connectivity and development.

You'll develop core competencies in one of the following business streams:

• Commercial Banking
• Global Markets
• Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited
• Retail Banking and Wealth
