Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Honours or above) is required.
• No more than 3 years of work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident or holder of a valid Hong Kong work visa.

Management Trainee (MT) Programme (24 months)

A fast-track programme for early-career talent who want more possibilities from day one — broader exposure, steeper learning, and a clear runway to leadership. You'll be immersed in a fast-paced 24-month programme that accelerates your development through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure and world-class learning that builds the skills that matter.

You'll build a strong understanding of Hang Seng's purpose, values and strategy — how we make decisions, serve customers, and deliver sustainable growth. Through bank-wide projects and hands-on experience, you'll strengthen your commercial and leadership mindset while working on key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation, and opportunities linked to Hong Kong-Mainland connectivity and development.

You'll develop core competencies in one of the following business streams:

• Commercial Banking
• Global Markets
• Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited
• Retail Banking and Wealth

Requirements
