Qualifications

• Have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 Degree classification or overseas equivalent
• Will have completed studies by July 2027
• Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years' full-time work experience, or due to graduate by July 2027
• Be fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage
• Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong

Management Trainee (MT) Programme (24 months)

A fast-track programme for early-career talent who want more possibilities from day one - broader exposure, steeper learning, and a clear runway to leadership. Through bank-wide projects and hands-on experience, you'll strengthen your commercial and leadership mindset while working on key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation, and opportunities linked to Hong Kong-Mainland connectivity and development.

You’ll develop core competencies in one of the following business streams:

• Commercial Banking
• Global Markets
• Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited
• Retail Banking and Wealth
