Pici Sha Tin by Pirata Group is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support a high-volume, guest‑facing venue in New Town Plaza. You will lead a trained team, ensure top service quality, and act as a manager on the floor, greeting guests and resolving issues with a positive, guest-centric approach.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality and a proven track record in a respected restaurant. This role is on-site in Sha Tin with opportunities to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in hospitality industry.
• Hands-on, floor-based manager who is guest-facing.
• Experience as an assistant manager in a highly regarded restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations.
• Provide training to the team to deliver high quality service and sustain brand image.
• Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant.
• Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are met.
• Supervise and coordinate the serving of food and beverages in the restaurant.
• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating hiring and training, scheduling, and guest requirements.
• Arrange onboarding for new employees (training and uniforms).
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Gather guest feedback and resolve guest complaints.
