Job summary

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited in Hong Kong is recruiting for a Guest Services/Call Centre role. Fresh graduates are welcome; you will provide courteous service, handle calls and emails, and respond to guest inquiries.

You'll track guest requests, operate call centre equipment, and support supervisors with ad hoc duties in a busy hotel environment. Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential, along with strong communication and telephone skills.

• Be familiarized with the handling of equipment in Call Centre
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese

Able to work independently

Candidate with more experience may consider as Call Centre Supervisor
