Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking event staff to support the Racing Division’s member engagement during racedays and non-racedays at Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses. You will greet members and guests, manage attendance, and hand out souvenirs while working flexible hours, including public holidays.

Ideal candidates have HKDSE with 5 subjects, customer service experience, and proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• HKDSE with 5 subjects passed.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Assist The Racing Club Engagement Team to execute Members’ events during racedays and non-racedays.
• Greet Members and their guests, take photos and attendance, distribute souvenirs.
• Ensure smooth event flow under instruction to minimise errors.
• Work for non-office hours and public holidays at Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses.
