Novotel Century Hong Kong located in the heart of Wan Chai is seeking a friendly front desk professional to join our hotel operations. You will manage Club Lounge day-to-day, greet guests, and coordinate with the front office to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

The role emphasizes personal service, VIP handling and proactive engagement to meet and exceed expectations, supported by a 5-day work week and comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• At least 1 year of Front Desk experience.
• Cheerful and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and making them feel welcome.
• Willingness to take on challenges and continuously improve service.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge.
• Provide personalized service to our members and VIP guests.
• Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, especially for VIPs and guests celebrating special occasions.
• Proactively engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
