Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of corporate hospitality, reception, or guest services experience.
• Exposure to pantry operations and event support.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
• Independent work capability.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Front Office Management.
• Experience in multinational or client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and courtesy.
• Manage front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and service delivery.
• Operate visitor pre-registration, coordinate security access, and issue temporary cards.
• Support pantry operations and F&B service during meetings and events.
• Coordinate with Hospitality and Events teams for corporate events and functions.
• Maintain visitor logs, room checks, and incident records.
• Participate in safety, grooming, and service training programs.
