Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking intuitive and impassioned Associates to join our luxury hotel team in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will deliver exceptional guest service during check-in and check-out, while maintaining seamless shift handovers and high standards of operation.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in a luxury hotel, with English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency. Opera knowledge is a plus; graduates with related education are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant hospitality experience in a luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage.
• Commitment to personalized guest service with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of customer service during check-in and check-out.
• Maintain the handover log for next shift and ensure follow-up on pending services.
• Uphold departmental standards and procedures and oversee their implementation.
