The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking a guest-focused restaurant server for T'ang Court, a Three MICHELIN Stars venue. You will deliver outstanding dining experiences through proactive guest engagement, precise order taking, and collaboration with the kitchen to ensure timely service and flawless presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of hospitality or F&B experience, a degree or certificate in Hospitality Management, strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in hotel/restaurant; fresh graduates considered.
• Degree holder or certificate in Hospitality Management, food and beverage or related disciplines.
• Passionate, energetic and guest oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work on shift with split shifts.
• With basic Food & Beverage knowledge is an advantage.
• With basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent experience via proactive interaction with guests to enhance satisfaction
• Ensure restaurant daily operations are efficient and smooth
• Prepare and set up the assigned station and maintain cleanliness and readiness of restaurant
• Assist in order taking, providing recommendations or information on both dishes, beverages and latest promotions and delivering food and beverage
• Serve food & beverage in a professional and courteous manner and ensure accuracy of orders including menu details
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Fulfill guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests
• Handling VIPs/ special guests' arrivals and guest preferences with care
• Prepare accurate bill payment & check guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor
