Langham Hospitality Group's Eaton HK is seeking a dining service professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining setting. You will greet, seat, present menus, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of courses.

Ideal candidates hold a Higher Diploma/Diploma in Hospitality or F&B, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin an advantage.

Qualificações

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Hospitality or F&B disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Team Leader.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding service to guests in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and detailing dishes and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management.
