Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our signature cocktails and seasonal bar menus, aligning with hotel strategies and guest expectations. You will support the Bar Manager on promotions, events and guest experience initiatives.

You will ensure consistent quality, train bartenders, stay updated on mixology trends, conduct tastings, manage inventories and uphold hygiene standards, while engaging guests with personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• With 2-4 years of bar supervision experience in hotel environments.
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality/F&B management or related fields.
• Guest service oriented, proactive, well-organised with strong communication.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Shift availability and certification in alcohol service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the dining floor.
• Engage actively and directly with guests with personalized cocktail recommendations to enrich their experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor

Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations

Available to work on shift

Certification in alcohol service is a plus

Proficient in PC Knowledge

Strong Command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Verbal and Written)
