The Hari Hong Kong is seeking a passionate Restaurant Services Agent to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor service flow, visit tables to gather feedback, and ensure dining excellence in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Visit guest tables to engage guests and gather opinions on the overall experience.
• Ensure all guests are satisfied and served according to hotel standards.
