Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong invites a passionate Bar Server to join our hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will deliver an energetic bar experience and craft high-standard cocktails for guests, while ensuring smooth daily bar operations.

We seek individuals with at least 1 year of hotel/restaurant experience, good English/Cantonese/Mandarin, and a keen eye for presentation. This full-time, long-term role requires shift availability and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in hotel/restaurant; fresh graduates considered.
• Degree holder or certificate in Hospitality Management, F&B or related disciplines advantageous.
• Passionate, energetic, guest oriented with devotion to bar/restaurant operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and team spirit.
• Available to work on shift.
• Beverage and bartending knowledge; stylish cocktail presentation is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene; advantageous.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent & energetic bar experience via proactive interaction with guests to enhance satisfaction
• Prepare high standard drinks to guests in chic and trendy presentation
• Ensure bar daily operations are efficient and smooth
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of restaurant and bar
• Assist in order taking, providing recommendations and deliver drinks
• Fulfill guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests
• Assist in stocking and preparing garnishes for drinks and maintains all the necessary supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor
