Job summary

Klook is seeking a Manager, Vertical Planning to lead growth strategy for our SIM/WiFi vertical, shaping partnerships and coordinating with global marketing teams to scale our eSIM products.

You will drive commercial planning, oversee budgets and KPIs, analyze market trends, and partner with cross‑functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and global collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in growth planning, strategic partnerships, or marketing.
• Experience in OTA, ecommerce, or tech startups is a plus.
• Strong understanding of telecom or mobile technology; eSIM knowledge a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages a plus.
• Start-up attitude – collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
• Globally-minded and comfortable working across cultures/time zones.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the commercial strategy and growth planning for our vertical with a focus on marketing and external partnerships.
• Lead key initiatives and work with cross-functional teams globally to drive vertical performance at scale.
• Manage the planning of marketing campaigns at a central level and partner with local teams on execution to increase awareness and drive acquisition.
• Lead development and execution of strategic partnerships with key players in tech and travel to expand the eSIM business.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategies.
• Oversee budget allocation and performance metrics for all partnership and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives to achieve supply-strength metrics.
