• Proven track record of building regional referral/viral engines that drive user growth.
• Strong ambition to win with sharp market intuition and success in growth bottlenecks.
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills.

We are looking for a highly enterprising Card Growth Operation Manager who excels at achieving business breakthroughs in fiercely competitive environments. In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional market penetration and user growth. By leveraging deep localized market insights, competitive benchmarking, and refined growth strategies, you will break market stalemates to boost card issuance, active card rates, and transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Market Penetration & Strategy Development: Formulate and execute differentiated card issuance and user acquisition strategies tailored to the competitive dynamics of target regions.
• Localized Channel & Ecosystem Partnership Expansion: Deeply explore local channels (e.g., high-frequency consumption scenarios, local KOL/KOC networks, vertical alliances) to achieve efficient and precise user reach. Design and implement referral and virality mechanisms adapted to local user habits, maximizing the multiplier effect of customer acquisition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Execution: Partner closely with Product and Risk teams based on frontline market feedback to optimize the card application journey and configure region-specific perks and benefits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of growth operations experience in the Internet, Payments, Credit Cards, or FinTech sectors.
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Card Scheme rules and localized payment scenarios is preferred.
• Growth Track Record: Proven track record of successfully building regional referral/viral engines that delivered exponential user growth.
• Competitive Drive & Market Acumen: Possess a strong ambition to win and sharp market intuition, supported by proven success stories of breaking growth bottlenecks or turning the tide in red-ocean/highly competitive markets.
• Regional & Localized Operations Power: Strong capability in deconstructing regional growth tactics, with the ability to design localized operational strategies tailored to local conditions rather than relying on a "one-size-fits-all" template.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in funnel analysis, retention analysis, and A/B testing; able to iterate strategies rapidly based on data insights.
• Work Style: Strongly result-oriented with high stress tolerance, self-drive, and exceptional cross-team communication and coordination skills.
