Job summary

RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech enabling faster, borderless fiat and crypto transactions. This role focuses on channel and acquiring operations, data-driven funnel optimization, and inbound growth strategies across regions.

The candidate will analyze payments data, optimize experiences for cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and drive growth in multiple markets with strong cross-team collaboration and crypto passion.

Qualifications

• Must analyze data independently and identify payment issues to improve success rate.
• Proven growth cases with measurable verification in fiat inbound volume or payment methods.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Understand acquiring/payment processing flow across regions and design architecture.
• Optimize inbound payment experience for cards, e-wallets, and local transfers.
• Own metrics for transaction and user volumes; improve success rate and reduce leakage.
• Build data monitoring and routing mechanisms; maximize payment success and minimize risk.
• Refine the conversion funnel from payment method selection to fiat settlement.
• Study regional fiat payment preferences and develop local acquiring strategies.
