Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead strategy, content creation, and platform management for our client in Web3. You will drive brand awareness and engagement across social channels with a data-driven approach.

The role requires staying on top of trends, coordinating with designers and copywriters, and measuring performance to optimize campaigns in the crypto and blockchain space. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in social media operations management and online marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities in Web3.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Identify and analyze target audience behaviors, interests, and preferences to tailor content accordingly.
• Set clear social media objectives and KPIs, and track and report on performance metrics.
• Create compelling and engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and identity.
• Plan and schedule social media content calendars across various platforms to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality content.
• Monitor user-generated content and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.
• Manage and optimize company social media accounts (Twitter, Discord etc).
• Grow and engage the company's social media community by implementing effective strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and advertising opportunities to maximize social media reach and impact.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights.
