Job summary

JF Talent Consulting Group Limited is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for a leading financial services institution in APAC. You will own the full growth lifecycle of a mobile trading app, spanning user acquisition, ASO, engagement and retention.

Prospective candidates bring 2–3 years of digital/growth marketing experience, fintech background a plus, and proficiency with analytics tools and ASO suites. English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in digital/growth marketing (mobile app experience preferred).
• Background in FinTech/Financial Services or eCommerce is a plus.
• Agency management, Excel analytics, familiarity with ASO tools (Sensor Tower, AppTweak).
• ROI-driven, data-passionate, with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid app campaigns (Google UAC, ASA, Meta) and direct agencies to hit ROI/CPA targets.
• Partner with ASO agencies to optimize store listings (keywords, visuals) and drive organic downloads.
• Run lifecycle campaigns (push notifications, vouchers, banners) to boost active users and drive FTDs.
• Use MMPs and analytics tools to track user journeys, optimize funnels, and derive growth insights.
• Collaborate with Content, Design and Product teams to A/B test creatives and in-app flows.
