EternityX Marketing Technology Limited seeks a hands-on AI specialist to bridge strategy and execution, turning AI initiatives into deployed automation that boosts business development and operational efficiency. You will drive AI adoption across departments, deliver measurable time savings, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

The role focuses on execution and transformation, collaborating with the team lead on strategy and the analytics specialist on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

2–4 years in AI operations, workflow automation, business analysis, or growth strategy.
Hands-on experience building automated workflows on low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier).
Proven ability to deploy and manage AI agents and workflows using Claude or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data visualization tools.
Ability to engage non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption across teams.
Self-starter able to manage multiple projects across regions; strong English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for expansion.
Translate business intelligence into automated growth workflows for lead prospecting and campaigns.
Audit and optimise the sales pipeline with data-driven insights for BD and management.
Implement AI-powered alerts and analytics to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Engage departments to identify pain points and deploy AI-powered workflow solutions.
Build, document, and maintain automation workflows on low-code platforms.
