Private Advertiser in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new leads generation and manage end-to-end sales activities. The role combines digital performance marketing, media planning, and data analytics to support advertising campaigns for local and international clients.

You will handle campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSP and related analytics tools, coordinate with partners, and report on campaign effectiveness while aiming to exceed quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• University graduate preferred in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications or related fields.
• 1-5 years proven experience in sales activities, business development and new leads generation.
• Familiar with HK/China and overseas ad placements and analytics tools a bonus.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AI tools skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and new leads generation.
• Achieve quarterly sales target KPI.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns with media planning and creative campaigns.
• Handle platforms like Google Ads, Search Ads & Meta Ads & DSP and analytics tools.
• Support integrated marketing initiatives and online media buys.
