AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a results-driven Sales Growth and Cross-sell Specialist to help achieve cross-sell targets through effective customer engagement and collaboration with sales teams. You will develop sales materials, coordinate campaigns across channels, and monitor performance to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to EB, health, protection, or individual insurance products would be an advantage.
• Experience in sales performance, business development, lead management, sales reporting, or campaign coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• 1. Sales Growth and Cross-sell Execution: Support cross-sell revenue targets through conversion of EB members into individual product customers; execute outreach and promotional initiatives; work with sales/distribution teams to improve cross-sell effectiveness; monitor performance and close gaps.
• 2. Sales Channel Support: Support day-to-day cross-sell activities across direct and tied channels; develop sales materials; coordinate trainings; handle enquiries; foster a productive, customer-focused sales culture.
• 3. Campaign Management: Coordinate cross-sell campaigns across worksite, virtual, and digital channels; monitor progress; ensure delivery; maintain records; recommend enhancements.
